Vanessa Nkuna - Best Customer Support Agent at Supersonic
Shoutout to Vanessa Nkuna, this 5-star rating is for her specifically. I was at my wit's end with the service and she's the only reason I didn't cancel. Worked hard to get my service working and was incredibly diligent. I would hire her for a customer service role if I could, and I hope that MTN / Supersonic see this and give her a raise.
