I had the distinct pleaseure of coming across one Vanessa Nkuna, when my wife and I took on the challenge of finding the best Wifi service for our home. We had a service running before and had some challenges with it, hence the decision to go elsewhere.

After our chat, she called me back, twice to check whether I had received communication about the refund. She literally monitored and checked with me everyday, seeing the process through.

Supersonic has an asset in Vanessa Nkuna, and I hope she continues to shine.
