Utterly useless
I have never in my life had to deal with such completely and utterly useless customer service in my life before. You wait 3 hours for them to reply on their WhatsApp chat line and if you then don't reply back to their eventual reply within 10 minutes they close the chat, with a message that they assume your problem has been resolved. It's infuriating. If you try to call, no answer!!! they don't do "Customer walk in" impossible to deal with. KEEP AWAY
