Utterly disappointed

I’ve recently ordered fibre with Supersonic, and I chose them based on the fact that they were ranked number one in 2019 when I did my research. For the past two days, I’ve spent a fortune holding “for our next available superstar”. Not even one has picked up my call. From morning to evening, “we are currently experiencing unusually high call volumes”. This is getting out of hand, And that lousy music they play doesn’t help the case.
