Usless internet providers

Terrible after sales service really, I have no internet for almost two weeks each time i call them it takes 40min to get a technician on the line and they all say the same thing: we will get someone to contact you within 48hours , its BS im tired of them. I am paying for a 100mb line but only get 1mb up and down....... this is daylight *******
