Useless Supersonic staff

The worst customer service ever. I currently pay R599 for a 20/20 service, however they advertise it everywhere for R289/month. I tried calling them and waited for 22 minutes with no answer. I called again posing as a new customer and then decided to give up at 21 minutes. But "your call is important to us. Please stay on the line to speak to a customer representative"
