Useless supersonic

We have been with you guys since March. In April you never went off on debt order. In may you tried to take 2 payments and there wasn't enough in the account. The rest of the months we paid eft with no issues and now suddenly you cut us off for outstanding amount after 4 months of not doing anything or not even trying to comunicate. We paid for this month. Where is our wifi????? They don't even want to give us the option to pay it off
