Useless Supersonic

It's been 7 days since Oupa drop of the wifi router and I have been calling and calling for the setup of it but nothing, I was on the phone with them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I made the biggest mistake by applying for IS from them. They must just come and collect their damn router. I should have done my home on them. Useless.. Don't ever use them

Sandra please send someone to come and fetch your router. The service so far has been terrible and from what I have read you dont provide a good service at all
