Useless supersonic
I had my fibre installed on the 13th of November. I've been having problems since it's been installed. The speeds are erratic . Everything buffers (Netflix, dstv now, youtube). During the day you might get speeds of 10-20mbps if you're lucky but at night you will get 1-3 mbps. No use calling supersonic because they put you on hold forever. You can communicate with them via WhatsApp but the answers you get are not helpful at all. I have been trying to get them to fix my problem for the last 5 days but they keep passing the buck. They claim the problem is Vumatel. Supersonic is useless.

Still nobody has contacted me from supersonic.
What now????
Can I have a refund so I can use another ISP.
