Useless Supersonic

You have outdone yourself again. I cancelled my subscription with effect 1 July 2022 on the 28 May 2022. When I wake up this morning my line is canceled and have no access to internet. I am invoiced for a full month. I am sitting now being held hostage by Supersonic as I can’t wait from home as they have suspended my line but did not hand over the line to the new provider. They say I will receive a message that my service has been moved so I must sit with no internet for 2 days that I have paid for. Please release my line today so that I can move on from this toxic company. I would not even give you a star a 0 is enough for you
