Useless SP!!!
I actually want to rate this company -5. This is the most useless service I have ever received from any company. I have spend in excess of 20 hours holding on to speak to any call centre agents. Every single time I eventually speak to anyone, the problem seems to change and NOONE in this company can resolve my fen problem to just reconnect my fibre line!. I would not recommend this SP to anyone looking for home fibre. Especially if you are working from home as there is absolutely noone intersted in resolving the matter.

And this was supposed be resolved in 30 mins (on friday 6 Aug). I cant say I expected more either. I am not wasting more money or time even trying to contact Supersonic. I am investing the time now finding a new SP. It truly is appauling to be treating by any company like this.
