Useless service Supersonic

supersonic is the most useless and *********** company. their service is non-existent. I have canceled my internet 33 days ago, I still struggle to date to get a cancelation letter from them in order to have the new ISP to connect. supersonic refuses to release my contract despite the 30 days notice.

all calls are recorded they say, but what does it mean if there is no QA.
