Useless Service Provider
Wish there was a zero star for a rating... Supersonic is not a service provider. They don't know the 1st meaning of service.
The worst and most useless ISP I have EVER encountered. They don't even bother to install their equipment and expect customers to run after them like little puppies.
Only thing they can do well is send an automated response or escalate the matter. To whom I don't know as the man on the moonshould know about this matter already...
Useless, ***********, and arrogant is being nice about it. Activate my #$@% service after 1 month of begging or cancel my subscription. Either or this **** will now come to an end...

If the line is not active by COB tomorrow
then please arrange for your equipment to be Collected as we don't want anything to do with Supersonic anymore. We will get another service provider that is eager to gain
customers. SO sad that it had to come to this....
