Useless service non existing cancellations department!!!!!

How many emails does one have to send in order for a cancellation to be actioned? Dikeledi Legodi it wouldn’t hurt if you also did your job and forward all my 4 emails from June to the cancellations department. I don’t even know why bother have a cancellations mailbox when no one bothers to check and action it!!! I’m trying to get a new line but I can’t because you people won’t do your job and cancel my line with you !!!
