Useless service

We were forced to use Supersonic as a Wi-Fi supplier since 2021, useless service since day 1. When we think it couldn't get worse, we realized that you practically cannot cancel with them when you move. I have sent numerous emails without response, when you phone them, they pout you through to various people just to be told 20 minutes later to send an email, never call me back, and have not made contact in since I tried canceling my contract. Supersonic is clearly there to make their money in dishonest ways to make you pay until they are comfortable to cancel your account, which seems impossible, I'm happy to see that there are so many people moving away from Supersonic in Midstream due to this poor service, and also happy that I have other options where I'm moving to.
