Useless service

26 days and counting to get my internet up and running. Phoned several times to speak to my case manager. Today at 8:00 stated he is in a meeting. At 10:00 after I phoned again said he is not in for the day. Someone is clearly lying. Asked to speak to the manager. The put me on hold for the manager and I waited 33 minutes. After the the they said the manager can’t talk to me now. Useless service by supersonic!
