A review of Supersonic revash 1 reviews | Active since Feb 2014 18 Jul 2020, 18:55 Pathetic service Supersonic staff are ***********, have no courtesy , no sense of customer service, poor work ethic and rude! I have been requesting a statement from the 30th of June 2020 in order to claim back from my employer. The invoice they generate for me doesnt indicate the correct amount billed and paid. I have spent hours upon hours of calls explaining the issue requesting that a service manager call me back to resolve this matter . On my last call i was told it is home time, the female and her colleagues laughed at me and transferred me back to the voice prompts to avoid assisting me. I have the call recorded. I want the service manager to call me. I have to many concerns to discuss with some one senior. When they do an analysis of how i was treated they will be in shock. Disgusting service. I regret engaging with your company. My ACC is S********** and my contact number is on your records. Let's see if a chat bot replies or a service manager who has the principle to call me!

The above was the original complaint. I received a call last weekThursday from a Sinawo and thereafter Pumi who both profusely apologised to me after I elaborated on the ********** service experienced and gave me reassurance my issues will be fixed and i will be sent a letter with supporting information and a call from the exec. Guess what???? As expected LIES!!!! No letter sent to me over a week gone and exec called me . I want Calvin Collete to call me. Do not dare to get some one else to call me and lie to me. Only someone who cares about his business and the terrible people that work in his company will take me seriously and take those people to tas****
