Useless, really

Unbelievably terrible service. My service was suspended for whatever reason, every time I call their call center I get a different reason, it's quite funny actually. I've been told about billing issues, configuration issues, even had a case opened with Metrofibre. I called Metrofibre to be told that Supersonic closed the ticket because of a lack of information?? Matters get escalated and no feedback is ever received. If you're going to get Supersonic Fibre, pray and hope you never encounter any issues beyond switching your router on an off again. If you do, you're going to regret it
