Useless provider

Still no answer or activation on my account after numerous complaints and communication. Now emails gets ignored and we are advise to wait till they switch it back on. This is day 4 now! No one is contacting us and I'm losing money in my business I'm running from home. Call Centre just don't answer after 10 min of holding after choosing an option. Wifi was cut off for no reason!!!! How do you switch of wifi only now after according to you it hasnt been paid for 11 months. With proof of payment sent to you it is still not switched back on!!!!!
