Useless provider

Worst website and call centre they have. They keep referring you to the website that hasn’t change ever since the beginning of 2025. I requested a simple invoice for my payments that I had been getting the past months but now they cannot provide that. I logged a ticket and requesting January invoice instead they send a November invoice. I am so irritated with this provider and wish Vuma can cancel them out! They only have one supervisor working for the entire South Africa and promise callbacks that never happen! I cannot wait to end my contract and leave these people! A bunch of ****mers just waiting for salaries month end!
