USELESS, PATHETIC AND *********** TEAM

They useless, *********** staff, rude and unprofessional. Having a router that has not been working for 3 weeks, making calls everyday and end up being in their office for assistance because i couldn't work and do business without the internet. You make calls and a consultant promise to log in a case and when you follow up the following day the reference number there is NO case logged. Staff is *********** and useless. Management don't even want to talk to you if one request an escalation. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE
