Useless ISP - Worst service possible

Worst ISP possible, I purchased 5G service in January, it was working for the first few weeks. Since Feb its been down for over 2 weeks, logging calls every second day as they keep on closing the initial call, regardless if its resolved. Their troubleshooting steps remain the same every time I call and then I have to reboot and give at an hour or so, if that doesn't work I have to reset and reconfigure, give it another hour. around and around we go. Absolutely useless.
