USELESS ISP SUPERSONIC!
OH MY SOUL....and I thought Telkom was bad....! ! !
I app**** for their Lte service, paid the R799 and received the modem & sim ....no problem there so I thought this union between us and them will be joyous BUT NO....anything but.... modem works perfectly, all lights are the correct colors but NO internet connection. I phoned their ‘technical’ dept but all they do is escalate your issue to relevant section. WHAT is the point of a technical dept if they have no technical capabilities pray tell? Now waiting for a technician to come out but frankly, I doubt if they will pitch! So here we sit with NO internet. They took our money and now don’t give a hoot....so very typical of a lot of South African companies...
VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST! WONT BE RECOMMENDING

I can't answer you as I myself don't know. All I got was an email stating that a fault has been logged. Please will you try to help as this data buying is costing a fortune.

The previous router was faulty.

NO BUFFERING...!!!!
Just to give the good news and that is I received a brand new replacement Hauwei B612, put in the mtn simcard and JUST LIKE THAT, I WAS CONNECTED!!!
