Useless is an understatement.
I cancelled in April. It's July. They're still charging me. I put a stop order but have no received any refunds. I've used over R100 worth of airtime calling them. Every agent has said that THEY are processing it and I will be refunded in a few days. It doesn't happen.
I'm going to take legal action if my money is not refunded.
