Useless has a name : Supersonic

Pathetic, Shocking and everything Useless!!! Made an order 3 weeks ago and still it's like trying to get hold of Telkom. Was told on Friday a technician will be at my home on Sunday to do the installation. He got here and didnt know why his @ my door. Supervisor Abdu didnt do his job or communicate to his peers to allocate a line and yes you guessed it? Another day wasted!! The level of BS you have to deal with is insane. I've had enough and ready to expose Supersonic. They expect you to keep paying for a service that they clearly don't care to deliver. Due to the loadshedding my line was unstable. I kindly asked the consultant on their non-efficient whatsapp group to advise if they having tech issues. Message was sent @ 20:00, reply came back around 21:19pm. I refuse to keep dealing with this level of Service.
