Useless Customer service from SuperSonic

POOR POOR POOR Service. First they setup my line on the wrong address, then the wrong package and now when I try and call. I am on hold for 20 min and then they just put down the phone I am not able to get through to them. I have sent through a cancellation request for same day as I have not even started using the packages yet so fix your issues and keep your clients happy.
