Useless Customer Service

This company is utterly useless. I live in London, but for some reason they're attempting to debit my SA bank account for a fibre line which I never ordered with a debit order which I never approved.

I followed the process to try and get SOME KIND of a response from their almost non-existent support desk and my last response after three weeks of trying went unanswered. This is clearly against the ISPA code of conduct.

If you have any other option for a service that this company offers whatsoever, rather go with that other company.
