Useless company
Supersonic is still failing to give me answers regarding my query, how useless can this company get. ref SST351905.
As a customer i have to be the one chasing feedback?
why are you soo ***********? your WhatsApp is the most useless form of communication, we can't even get hold of you on you contact, you will hold the whole 2 hours.
I told you my account was not debited April 25 the money is still in my account even today, we are in May now, all you can give me is that you escalated to that useless finance department of yours. do you know what an escalation is? you don't even call customers to give them feedback.
What the **** are investigating because you are failing to give answers.
