Useless company

This company cannot be called a service provider as there is no such thing as service when it comes to SUPERSONIC, I made a payment on the 20th of July and received my router and sim card. All was fine until they decided to debit my account on the 28th of July for the full amount, I have been struggling since the 3rd of August to get my money refunded and was promised several times that I will get my refund, we are nearing the end of August and still no refund, I have spoken to a Rebecca, Vineshree, Thandi and Thandeka, all useless. No customer service is the only service I get. I will not recommend this company to anyone, they are useless
