Useless company

They are useless, only tele support. I wanted to upgrade to Fibre since I had LTE. They came and said they could not. I cancelled my LTE the next day as instructed by someone over the phone. I sent it to them 4 times to cancel. I still get a invoice monthly that just add up. I got Afrihost the next day to install fibre. when I plugged in the supersonic Lte router I saw that I had a lot of data left. I removed the sim card and put it in a safe place. I will not use the data as proof that I have not but I;m still getting billed. Useless company. Please dont use them. I used Afrihost in the past and never had issues. Any person using them will suffer the consequences, I promise you. Stay away from them
