USELESS AND UNUSABLE FOR WORK INTERNET SPEED FOR MONTHS - PHONE ME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Despite NUMEROUS phone calls, I still have ******* FLTE, and I say ******* rather than being rude. I am dependent on my internet connection for work and now I am (AGAIN) unable to work.
I was told no fibre by them and they came and installed it at the granny flat - NO!
CALL ME NOW - someone who can actually sort my problems out - I have ticket numbers but nobody cares and no email that I have ever written to you has been rep**** to.

There is no update on my account, anyone I speak to at Supersonic can NOT see any escalation. WHAT THE HELL. Nobody knows who you are, Nonhlanhla - either that or they are not allowed to put annoying clients through to you. It is impossible to speak to anyone in any management position, the front line team refuse. Nobody is working, nobody is available, the list of nonsense is endless.
