Useless and *********** accounts department that just likes to take money thats not theirs

I have been with you guys barely three months and every single month there is a damn problem. First month there was something wrong with my invoices, second month you guys debited me right after I paid on the client portal and took 3 weeks to pay me back, and now again, you dont debit me R700 but infact you debit me R1400 one time. The money you debited is for my kids medical aid and now you just took it because you guys made a mistake. What the heck is that!!!!! You guys dont care! Terrible terrible terrible! Now one has to keep borrowing money to pay medical aid because you are double debiting a person and literally taking from my medical money!!!!! Horrible! I have put in a cancellation. I also told your people i am cancelling. Its the 2nd today! I will not be paying on the 1st of November.
