Useless, absolutely useless

Firstly no E-mail support or email contact what so ever

Then when you phone them expect to wait on the phone for at least 20mins

Then when someone finally answers pray to the internet Gods they have an OK attitude and sound like they actually want to help you and not put you on HOld again for 20mins

OOOO Yea did I mention their internet SUCKS. Like really bad. DO not get their LTE packages. You cant cancel in 6 Months eve though you experience more down that it working. Dont let them lie to you and say its the tower or whatever in your area, because when using a different MTN sim works 100%.

Moved From Axxess to these idiots and now im stuck for 6 Months.
