Useless

Accepted a fibre via MTN through supersonic - evotel suppose to install - received no feedback since 3 Jan- no assistance from anyone. no call - no guidance on how this is suppose to be connectedMTN agent who was eager to sell me the nonsense is now missing in action keeps referring me to supersonic call centre- they are simply not answering their phones. Their what up number provided by MTN is under construction - I sent cancellation to be advied that i will be contacted in 5 days. I should have checked before accepting this useless company
