USELESS!!!
So I made the mistake of ordering one of their LTE packages. More than 2 days after delivery and I have not had any internet connection.
The whatsapp help line is a disaster, it grants the employees with anonymity so no one is held responsible for anything.
When they reply it is utterly slow and the normal "have you tried turning it off & on again" BS.
Most of the time you receive no responses, no one even acknowledges your communication.
Same goes for emails.
The staff is severely lacking training and experience, they are not able to assist you.
DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE" - you are wasting your time the do not give a damn!!!!!!!

Still no change, no updates, responses on Whatsapp take on average 30mins+.
I have sent multiple emails - no responses.
Empty promises on Facebook/Whatsapp.
If this is the level of service, can you imagine if in future there are problems and I have to deal with this again!
