URGENT HELP NEEDED

i have been trying to get in touch with someone from Supersonic with regards to no internet connection since just before lockdown. I then spoke to a human and i ordered a PLUME. This eventually arrived today. My internet still doesn't work - not picking up the plume - please can you send a technician.
