UPLOAD SPEED PATHETIC.
Upload speed has not once been over 5mbps. Download reaches an incredible 40mbps, thank you, but when sending a PDF on Whatsapp for it to take 2 minutes, is unacceptable. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS!!!! I cannot work with this upload speed. And going through official channels have gotten me nowhere. USELESS is an euphemism.
