Unsesolved since 08/12/2021
Good day,
I havent heared anyhing from you yet in regard the wrong debit made from my account.
I want an answer and repayment of my money by the end of this working day. Of not, I WILL turn to the consumer council and lay an complaint against Supersonic for *****.
I am struggeling much too long to get this sorted out.

That is precisely my frustration. "We will be looking into your account ..." That is the fourth time it has been said to me. The previous three time is where it stopped. Nothing happened. Again I say, if I dont get answers by business closing, I go to the consumer coucil. I am sick amd tired of promises.
But please: the issue is not my own account. It is the fact somebody else's account payment is debited from my bank account. I jave already stated this three times before. I want that rectified.
