Unsatisfied Loyal Client
I have been with Supersonic since 2019 never missed any payments, and stopped using the services in March kept sending a cancelation request no one bothered to respond, called on numerous occasions and the last agent I spoke with confirmed that all is well and they can see that there has not been any usage. Today I received an sms stating I owe over R1300. And decided to send a whatsapp as I have been wasting money on calls. And your agent suggested that I sent a cancelation instead of remeding my concerns.

I did receive your email, which does indicate that indeed you sent an email on the 28th of June to our Billing Department. If your request was to be backdated, July will be a calendar month's notice. Due to August usage, our Retentions Department will contact you to process the cancellation request you sent today (Case reference: CAS-***-M8Z7P6) as the one sent in June cannot be backdated to March as unfortunately, it doesn't meet our Cancellations Terms and Conditions.
Kind regards,
AM
