Unresolved Billing Errors and Unfair Debt Collection

I am extremely disappointed with the way Supersonic has handled my account. I would never recommend Supersonic to anyone — your practices feel like a ****. Instead of conducting proper reconciliations, you mix up records and then hand accounts over to VVM Debt Collectors without justification.

I have opened several tickets in an attempt to resolve this matter, but they were simply closed without assistance. Even when I escalated to your complaints department, the same pattern continued — tickets closed, no resolution provided. Examples include: S*****185, SST593717, SST595782, SST679350, SST***, SS***.

Your failure to engage meaningfully left me with no choice but to cancel my services. I feel ******, as I have consistently provided proof of payments, yet Supersonic refuses to reconcile its own system errors.

This conduct is unacceptable, and I will be sharing my experience widely to warn others.
