Unresolved and Frustrating Closure

I am extremely frustrated that Ticket #SST*** was closed without proper engagement or resolution. This issue has occurred before, during your system migration when account numbers changed and it is concerning that I am not being provided the necessary details.

As I have requested previously, please advise which payments are missing so that I can provide the proof of payment (POP) without further delay and I am not getting any explanation. Considering cancellation as I have been experiencing the same issue for over a year now
