Unreliable Supersonic

I am very much greatful of all the assistance and attention I get from Hellopeter. I am so disappointed as all the means to try getting Supersonic to resolve my problems went down the drain . I have never received any communications from Supersonic at all even after promising Hellopeter on several occasions that they would followup on my case with them . I just don't understanf what game they are playing. I have now received another bill which is busy accumulating interest on the services I could not access since September.
