Unreliable Supersonic

My account was handed to a lady called K****tho Kgaole and in less than a week she managed to resolve all my frustrations. I am wondering why did it take 3 months for the company to refer my case to the relevant department .Kgomoso , You are a star ! keep on doing the good work .
