Unreliable Service and No Communication from Supersonic

My Wi-Fi has been down since the AM, and Supersonic has provided no communication, updates, or support regarding the issue. As a paying customer, I find this completely unacceptable. Reliable internet is essential, yet there’s no urgency from your side to resolve the matter. I expected better service. Please escalate and resolve this as a priority.
