Unreliable and bad service

I am so disappointed in the service and very cold attitude I have been getting from the Supersonic group. They seem to be unreliable and compulsive ***** who do not value their customers , even after being contacted thrice by Hellopeter on my behalf, I am still waiting for their consultant to contact me .
