Unreasonable customer service

They customer service is bad. There are new charges that are introduced without any explanation. February i have been trying to pay but i would get a message that my account is in order. Then today i get a message that my account is in errors and i should pay five hundred and something whereas my monthly payment is R249. I decided to pay but the system told me i should pay R249 they took my money but it appears as if i still owe thm
