My husband paid his account as he received an invoice. A debit was then deducted as well so essentially they have received double. The line has been cancelled so the overpayment should be refunded. However it is impossible to reach anyone at supersonic. Not the sales or accounts department. Do you really want to deal with a company that you cannot vene reach when you need to?
