Unprofessional service

Been try to get hold of supersonic Fibre since yesterday and voice msg told me to leave my name & phone number their champion will call me back I made more than 7 calls with no success just want a payment link to pay my wifi I even se nd email but still no response can they pls send a payment link or call me on even send the number that they are reachable on except for ***,,***, *** please this is so unfair & unprofessional may kids use this wifi for their school work asseblief tog
