Unprofessional

can someone please advise me.

I have been without internet for 7 days now with no feedback. I have emailed numerous times and tried to call but not one reply, I've tried whatsapp and they just booked a ticket without any feedback. Its ridiculous that no one gets back to me, they stated that my account is in arrears of apparently R6000. i have all the statements that proves I've been paying every month and when they asked me to make another payment i did that. so why do i not get feedback? and why would they let the payment run to such a huge amount,?
