Unprofessional business
A very unprofessional company with uneducated and rude employees.Yse ******* debit orders when payments already made. Cut you off when talking to them. Cannot talk to a manager and all calls are supposed to be recorded for learning purposes which I doubt.

02 Dec 2022, 12:24Well over 2 hrs have gone past and no phone call. Obviously my complaint is not enough to warrant an immediate phone call. By tonight if no phone call is received I will again take to all social media platforms including Linked in

04 Dec 2022, 20:11Not even a week later and all the promises in the world and no replies on email I sit again with no service since 5pm and it's now 8pm. I contacted them took 90min to call back I answer and after 12 seconds of silence on their side the put the phone down. Whatsapp took over 2 hours to respond. Internet so slow I couldn't do a speed test as after 4 min it did not load. Time this company got investigated for ******** people
